Crafted to have a longer fit and bluesign approved ripstop material, the Bivvy Q Down ultimately retains more heat and is stuffed with RDS certified 700-fill down insulation. Additionally, the 40g synthetic fiber in the shoulders puts synthetic where it can still retain heat even if it gets a little soggy. The Pertex Classic fabric is made entirely out of recycled materials and has a DWR finish to fend of light rain and flurries. The two zippered hand pockets are raised slightly, so they don't interfere with your backpack straps. The internal mesh stow pocket is a great place to keep a light pair of gloves, and can be used to stow the entire jacket when things have warmed up.
